The BowerComm Team is looking for a Graphic Designer / Assistant Art Director who shares our passion for solving our clients’ brand and communications challenges.  We are a strategic marketing agency that uses the “Journey to Yes” to create strong brand foundations, a lead generation strategy through content-driven funnels, stealth approaches on social media and digital advertising, and compelling stories through both video and the written word.

As the Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Develop innovative brand identities and marketing campaigns based on product and business strategies for our clients.

  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Content Specialists to build and maintain an effective creative strategy through multiple platforms.

  • Design compelling print and digital communications, including, but not limited to, social media tiles, infographics, postcards, newspaper ads, posters, digital banner ads, billboards, newsletters, emails, signage etc.

  • Create and edit motion graphics, videos, and animation.

  • Produce project and event visual identities.

  • Maintain knowledge of our clients’ brands and brand standards.

  • Oversee final file preparation for production.

  • Remain current on industry trends and technology.

The Graphic Designer has:

  • Strategic mindset for using visuals to solve communications challenges rather than simply making things pretty.

  • 3 + years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.

  • Knowledge and skill in design software and motion graphics.

  • Experience editing video projects and creating animation.

  • Strong eye for color and typography.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small team.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:  Negotiable based on experience.
