We seek a Digital Media Specialist who is responsible for implementing and optimizing our digital and social media advertising campaigns. This person works closely with leadership and creatives to develop strategic plans, budgets, and recommendations that drive results for our clients. The Digital Media Specialist manages the implementation of the paid digital and social plans according to the timelines set by the Account Supervisors/Directors.
Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience with a knack for detail, a love of data, and a curious mind. This person is a strategic thinker and eager to continually learn and grow within our collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with team to develop strategies for integrated media campaigns
Assist team in selecting the appropriate media for their projects across different platforms
Schedule paid placements on digital and social media platforms with a high level of accuracy
Monitor impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns
Help with reporting and data analysis
Stay up to date on digital media trends and changes within platforms
Monitor budgets across platforms
Requirements:

Desired Experience:
Advertising Platforms: Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, reporting dashboards, and creating custom reports for performance analysis.
Email Marketing Tools: Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
Optimization and Automation: Experience in using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and automation tools to optimize campaign performance.
Job Type: Full or part time. Ideally working from our Hutchinson office with the option to work remotely when needed or arranged.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
