BowerComm Program Participation Agreement

BowerComm programs are designed to help organizations strengthen their communications strategy, systems, and implementation through structured instruction, coaching, and practical application.

Participation in any BowerComm program reflects a partnership. This agreement outlines the expectations that allow all participants to benefit from a productive and respectful learning environment.

What BowerComm Provides

BowerComm provides structured education, guidance, and coaching designed to help organizations improve how their communications operate.

Depending on the program, this may include:

  • Instructional sessions and program recordings

  • Worksheets, templates, prompts, and examples

  • Coaching calls and Q&A sessions

  • Peer discussion and shared learning

  • Access to program tools or resources

BowerComm will make reasonable efforts to provide these services professionally and respond to participant questions in a timely manner.

Participant Expectations

Participants agree to engage with the program in good faith and apply the material within their organization.

Participants agree to:

  • Dedicate time to completing program exercises and activities

  • Attend live sessions when possible or review recordings when unavailable

  • Participate respectfully in discussions and coaching sessions

  • Ask questions when clarification or support is needed

Program outcomes depend largely on participant engagement and implementation.

Community Guidelines

Many BowerComm programs include group coaching and shared discussion with other organizations.

To maintain a productive environment, participants agree to:

  • Treat fellow participants with professionalism and respect

  • Maintain the confidentiality of organizational information shared during discussions

  • Avoid promoting services or soliciting business within program spaces

  • Refrain from recording or redistributing program sessions or participant discussions

BowerComm reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct disrupts the program environment.

Intellectual Property

All program materials—including worksheets, templates, videos, prompts, frameworks, and teaching materials—are the intellectual property of BowerComm.

Participants may use these materials within their own organizations. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, or publicly share these materials without written permission from BowerComm.

Framework and Methodology Protection

Certain BowerComm frameworks, including but not limited to Awareness Engine™ and Journey to Yes™, are proprietary methodologies.

Participation in a program grants permission to apply these frameworks within your own organization. Participants may not teach, license, or create derivative training programs based substantially on these frameworks without written permission from BowerComm. Participation in a program does not grant certification or authorization to teach these methodologies.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other organizations participating in the program. Information shared during coaching sessions, discussions, or collaborative spaces should not be shared outside the program without permission from the organization that shared it.

Session Recordings

Program sessions may be recorded so participants who cannot attend live can review the material. Recordings are provided for participant use only and may not be redistributed or shared outside the program.

Program Fees and Payment Terms

Enrollment fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Because program access and materials are provided immediately upon enrollment, program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of program access.

No Guarantee of Results

BowerComm programs provide education, guidance, and coaching intended to help organizations strengthen their communications systems. Results depend on many factors outside BowerComm’s control, including implementation, organizational capacity, and external conditions. For that reason, BowerComm does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Educational Nature of the Program

Program content is provided for educational and strategic planning purposes. It should not be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Participants are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals regarding decisions that affect their organization.

Technology Platforms

Participation in BowerComm programs may involve the use of third-party platforms such as communication tools, project management systems, or AI tools. BowerComm is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or changes to these external services.

Professional Conduct

Participants agree to engage professionally with BowerComm staff and other participants. Concerns or disputes should be addressed directly with BowerComm so they can be resolved constructively.

Termination of Participation

BowerComm reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if a participant:

  • Repeatedly violates program guidelines

  • Engages in harassment or disruptive conduct

  • Violates intellectual property protections

Where possible, participants will be given notice and an opportunity to resolve issues before termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BowerComm shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Total liability related to the program shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a BowerComm program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Program Participation Agreement.
