Kansas Community Foundation
When Western Kansas Community Foundation came to us in 2015, they had been in existence for nearly 20 years, but had little awareness in the 15-county region they serve.
Through a process of interviews, a workshop, and review of materials from community foundations across the nation, we discovered an opportunity to position WKCF as the place where people in Southwest Kansas can make an infinite promise to the communities they love. From this idea, we developed a new visual identity, materials, and a campaign to drive awareness of the organization. From there, we developed a comprehensive communications plan to engage citizens of Southwest Kansas in the Foundation's work, including a story-rich annual report and a community-wide day of giving called Match Day.
