Through our "Journey to Yes" process, we helped TECH illuminate their true mission: to help people with disabilities live full lives. We developed four pillars for this message, which we communicated through a fresh, modern logo and visual identity. 

After more than 40 years of service to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Reno County, the Training and Evaluation Center of Hutchinson (TECH, Inc.) was feeling competitive pressure, and they wanted a new direction for their brand.

With a meaningful brand foundation in hand, we developed a communications plan to drive understanding of the organization's mission and service offerings, both internally and externally.
