Staff person in charge of communications, plus CF president/CEOs (if it's not the same person). At the retreat, the CF presidents can participate in morning/afternoon facilitated small group discussions, then be available to be on videos and collaborate on content for all tactics.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

• Three Explainer Videos (featuring foundation staff member) - $4,000 Value

  • Choose among topics including legacy giving, DAFs, "What is a community foundation," transfer of wealth, and more. BowerComm will provide talking points in advance, then direct and shoot them in Phoenix. Then we'll edit them for you within two weeks. (We'll also give you tips for editing your own videos, so you try it on your own later in the year.)​
     

• Two Donor Testimonial Video Reels - $1,200 Value​

  • Have two donors shoot selfie videos via our online tool (with instructions provided in advance), and we'll create vertical reels for you. Come away with them scheduled and ready to run -- and with knowledge of how to do it yourself. ​
     

• 12-Month Email Drip Campaign - $2,400 Value​

  • Nurture new donor relationships with a strategically planned and automated email campaign -- fully implemented and scheduled in MailChimp (or email tool of your choice) before you leave Phoenix. You'll simply customize our pre-written drafts. We'll also show you how to secure more email addresses for potential donors. ​
     

• Meta Advertising Campaign Implementation (Facebook/Instagram) - $2,500 Value​

  • Attract potential donors with expertly executed advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. We'll provide post content for you to tweak. Then we'll implement them together in Meta Ads Manager before you leave Phoenix. ​
     

• 2024 Social Media Editorial Calendar - $1,200 Value​

  • Stay ahead of the game with a 2024 editorial calendar for social media, email, and website news -- with 12 posts written and scheduled before you leave Phoenix. We'll provide pre-written posts for you to customize. ​
     

• 6 Months of Communications Coaching - $4,800 Value​

  • Equip yourself with the knowledge to maximize your marketing efforts through weekly online group coaching calls (offered twice weekly). We'll roll out new topics and templates each month, and we'll walk you through implementation. ​
     

• 3 Days of Inspiration at a Phoenix Retreat House - Priceless​

  • Recharge, connect, and brainstorm with peers from 8 other community foundations in February. We'll have great food, engaging conversation, and time to kick back at our private pool.

PRICING
 

• Program Fee: $2,000/month for 6-month commitment. Get $500 off the total fee if you register by 12/1.

  • ​Sign-up here, and we'll send you the first month's invoice to hold your spot. Fee will be auto-billed monthly. 
     

• Bootcamp Room & Board:
  Includes room, 8 meals, snacks, and a selection of beverages. See photos of the 11-bedroom home at the bottom of this page.

  • King Bedroom Option (1 person): $200/night for a bedroom with a king-sized bed for a 3-night stay at Bootcamp, includes a private room with bathroom and 8 gourmet meals from our private chef (for one person)

  • Twin Bedroom Option (2 people): $300/night for a bedroom with 2 twin beds for a 3-night stay at Bootcamp, includes a private room with bathroom and 16 gourmet meals from our private chef (for two people). 

  • Optional Add-on: If you'd like to share a King Bedroom with a colleague, you can add the colleague for an additional $100/night.
